So I'm guessing the answer to that was the fact when a movie just came out, she and her friends went to watch "Miscreations".
Apparently a young girl in the film get's killed by a small guy making her bulge up fat, until she collapses. (Dunno the rest of the details...I just found it off TheBellyZone.
